(PLEASE ANSWER) How can I delay the reload on a ROBLOX gear?

I am modding the slingshot form "ROBLOX Battle" and I need to delay the reload time and so far I haven't been able to find it. I looked through all the scripts and I thought I found it in "LocalGUI" but when I changed the wait time nothing happened but I think I was changing the wait time for the cursor to change back from the reloading one. Can somebody take a look in the script and find it for me? Thanks!
