A friend asked me to make a reversed at ease tool, AKA at ease but your hands in front?. HELP!

Well My friend is looking for a forward atease tool so instead of you hands going behind your back, they go in front. I have tried make a model, and take the arm position and replace the cframe position with the script*, but the arms just disappear. I really need help with this one. If you have an idea what to do, help me out.
