How do you make it so you can have a certain team pick up a specific tool?

I’m quite new to scripting, so I don’t know much. I’m trying to make a game but I can’t find a tutorial for the question I have. How do you make so a certain team can only pick a certain dropped item? (If you can, can you tell me what each line of code does, so I know where I can use that code again).
