A way to use CSG in scripts?
Like actual bullet holes?

There is currently no way to create new CSG objects on the fly.
I have heard it reported that they don't plan to add this capability except to plugins, though this might eventually change.
You could still perhaps manage this with your own building up of objects without CSG.
Most video games, though, use decals for bullet holes, rather than actual geometry.
