I am interested in making a game that has randomly assembled maps, similar to Dungeon Delver in the way the maps are structured. Any suggestions?

Randomly generated maps is a very complex topic and the answer will be dependent on several factors such as the type of map you would like to generate(Is it a dungeon or a cave or a mountain range or what). However, to answer the first part of your question Dungeon Delver is tile based generation meaning he has made several sections that are slotted together basically randomly. If you are making a landscape however, you may want to look at perlin noise generation as it can be used to generate height.

My method is to weld all the objects together off of one part and then assemble that specific part to neatly aline itself at the position you want it
