How do you team players in a gamescript evenly?

How do you evenly team player's into 2 teams, in a function? I don't know how, so I'm asking. Like team as in the teaming you do in games, when you say

"Team me blue" Like an admin command. How would you make it automatically do it, without command, so like a gamescript can run it right when you put the function in the gamescript?
