Best way to keep a car wheel attached while rotating with body Gyro?

Hello, I'm wondering whats the best way to attach a car wheel to a car but rotate it using body gyro. When I rotate right or left using a bodyGyro with a weld it rotates the other welded parts. I just want to rotate the car wheel left and right without rotating the resto f the car.
