How Do i make mouse unlocked and control camra?

i have an third person shooter game made by just me and im a coding n00b.

so instead of modeling and coding my own guns, i used a marketplace one. but the one i used locks the camera and mouse. if i unlock the mouse i can no longer rotate the camera. Heres the pastebin, if u need the rest of the scripts just ask! thank you so much!
