Npcs dying when you delete their head from the client side, how to fix that?
if you use a exploit that can delete npcs parts, you can delete their head and the npc will die for server side too, what should i do?

Either patch the exploit or just respawn them with " if Humanoid.Health <= 0 then " Axenori 124 — 4y

This is a Roblox replication issue. Either, as @XTOOTHLESX said, create a respawn script, or just leave it. Not that many players are going to attempt this, and there is no real fix for it.
