Where do I start when developing a Zombie Survival game?

I want to make a Zombie Survival game, but I have no idea where to start.

If I were you I recommend you to start on the map. The map is the first part of starting any game if it has a map but the map first. Then you will start thinking about how is the game gonna work will there be multiple maps or. So then you thought about everything you start creating it and your done :D Accept this if this helps
