How can I make a tool that will show the nearest player's data? [REQUESTING GUIADENCE]

I want to make a tool that when equipped, it shows the nearest player's data, for example, it shows if they have a certain gamepass or not, and their inventory / backpack. I don't know where to start. So I am requesting some guidance.
