How do I make a claim gui button? ***read discription***

I want to make a gui appear for everyone on a certain team when a new server opens, this will be a claim button. When one person clicks it it should go away for everyone else, and the person who clicked it should get another button to use on their screen since they are the "host". How would I go about doing this?
