Lag When Player Is Moving Trough Large Amout Of Small Parts?

So I have this model that is made out of very many small parts that are not collidable. But When the player moves though this model the frames start dropping and its starting to lag. I know that this not have to do with the camera because when i move the camera inside the model nothing happens.

By the way, the model has VERY many parts to it.

I want to know if there are any solutions out there and what they are!

Thanks!

@Thetacah, I would say that this relates to scripting since it requires knowledge of the underlying game engine to answer the question.

Usually it depends on your own computer specs. If your computer is on the low-end then it will have a tough time with rendering and roblox physics. You're just stressing it more with having many parts. It's also that the roblox engine isn't that great yet it is a low chance that there's something wrong with your studio.

Solutions to this is using Blender to model objects and then limiting their triangle count.

There is also using Roblox's built in CSG system that also lowers the part count similar to the Blender method.

There are a few plugins that can help out with doing these two methods.
