I need help making a football game?

I need a football script that makes it where if you touch the touchdown it adds the score and when you get tackled the line of scrimmage move to where you got tackled and i need like a voting system after game that says for the 1st "How many seconds do you way for sneak" and the answers are none 8 4 and i need it to where for the second ones it says "Pick team picking method" and the answers are players choice team captain and random
