So.. I want to build a game where each person will have their own apartment and there'll be an In-Game store where you can buy furniture [a sofa, a desh etc]. You can place your furniture ONLY in your apartment and not in other ones.

I sure hope not if you keep doing it like this. Requesting code with no evidence of prior effort is against the community guidelines. You'll get no help from just asking for code, especially with something as complex as this. Learn to code, don't ask for it to be done for you. You can't be a millionaire from sitting down and watching TV all day. Do it yourself. It took me 2-3 years to learn to code. GLHF.
