How do I make a chat GUI which changes after going into certain areas?

I know how to step up a GUI and everything, and I'm completely new w/ scripting though. If you want I could pay $10R for helping me.

I just want to know to make it change after going into a different area. If you want an example of how the Speech GUI I'm making going to look, it'll be similar to Jeff's one in Survivor.
