I am in the middle of a huge game and i am trying to find builders and scripters who actually know what they are doing. Im tired of going to the Forums on Roblox and having a bunch of kids who dont even know how to move a block ask for me to let them be an admin. I really want to get my game going and off the ground.

So does anyone here know what or where i should go so i can build a legit team on this?

Fyi, This is a Pokemon game, yeaaa i know woo Pokemon maybe do something easier or something that everyone else isnt doing... Well im doing it regardless to what anyone says.
My builds are actually really good and i spend a lot of time on this, and it looks pretty dang good, so i would appreciate no negative feedbacks.

Hire them and don't give them the promise of funds IF the game becomes popular. No one that can actually provide what you want will want to do anything that's going to take a lot of time for free for someone they don't know.

I never said i wanted free work, I will pay someone for this. I will pay half upfront and half when its complete. That way i dont lose money on a scam by giving it all up at once, and they wont get scammed as they will get money before any work even happens.

Then it just depends on what you're offering and if they think it's worth it. Find people on here, then message them on ROBLOX.

You can hire some people from a group called, "[USM] Material Command", it's typically the team for a 24k group.

Take a look at https://www.roblox.com/groups/group.aspx?gid=2627479 Hidden Developers, from what I've seen, has a decent user base of people you're looking for. I would give it a shot.
