If you're asking if a wall can be pierced using a part that's being shot from something, then yes. That is possible. You can also make the wall take more hits than just one by adding a value to it that decreases every time it gets hit by the projectile. When that value reaches 0, the part goes poof, explodes, sparkles fly, dissipates, whatever you want to do.
