I want a part that when a a humanoid hits it, (involving ontouch). They will have a certain clothes and hat.

People in the SH community still don't get it do they? Don't make requests! If you have any question concerning Lua please ask but don't tell us to make you stuff.Read and abide by the rules before asking anymore questions on the site.
