i want to add this timer for my game, can you help me?

i want to have this timer, when you enter the game you have to wait 35 seconds in the lobby before being teleported to game, it will hand you weapon when you teleport to game.If you die you go to lobby and respwan in 5 seconds to game, also the game lasts 200 seconds before round over. Can I please get some help on this script?
