Receiving an error when uploading an image in Studio?

So when I upload an image into Studio it gives me this error:

• Image "https://assetdelivery.roblox.com/v1/asset?universeId=1613259129&assetName=Images%2FVector&skipSigningScripts=1" failed to load in "Workspace.Kalmar.TextureID": Request failed

When I close studio and reopen it a couple of times the image loads, help will be appreciated to solve this.

Simple: upload it through the Create section on Roblox. Decal section. Otherwise, I don't know. It has worked for me.

Found by uploading through the asset manager and not uploading straight into the mesh or part fixed the issue.
