I know the location of the .rbxl file for my game, however, simply uploading that file to GitHub doesn't let me see the individual scripts inside. Where are these scripts stored, and is there an easy way to set up a git repo for a Roblox game? And how does this apply to games stored on local files vs published games?

you would have to get the XML source of the script and then import it to github
