I haven't tried anything because I have no idea how to script but using the developer console could I bring and goto other players and also kill them, and give tools?

Short Answer: Yes, you can.
Okay then but how?
If you want to bring a player you can do:
game.Workspace(player's name).HumanoidRootPart.CFrame = game.Workspace(you're name).HumanoidRootPart.CFrame
If you want to goto a player you can do:
game.Workspace(your name).HumanoidRootPart.CFrame = game.Workspace(player's name).HumanoidRootPart.CFrame
If you want to kill them then you can do:
game.Workspace(player's name).Humanoid.Health = 0
If you want to give them tools then you put the tool in replicated storage in roblox studio then in-game you can type:
local Cloned = game.ReplicatedStorage.Sword:Clone() Cloned.Parent = game.Players.LocalPlayer.Backpack

Also if you wanna kick you can do: game.Players.(Player's name):Kick("This is a kick message.")
