Pretty simple to do. Here:
Part.BodyGyro.cframe = CFrame.new(Part.Position, Target.Position)
Actually its Part.BodyGyro.CFrame = CFrame.new(Part.Position, Target.Position)

No, cframe for BodyGyro must be all lower case. It has been that way for real long while. http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/BodyGyro/cframe
