How do you position Textlabels e.t.c. to the center of the screen?

I am making a project, but I am having troubles getting the Textlabels to be in the center of everyone's screens. Does anyone know how to do this?

script.Parent.Position = UDim2.new(0.5,0,0.5,0)

or go to the GUI's position and change it to {0.5,0},{0.5,0}
