How can I fix the while loop problem, I think the problem is "then"?

		wait(0.5)
		while Humanoid.Health < Humanoid.MaxHealth do
		wait(0.1)
		Humanoid.Health = Humanoid.Health + 0.1

Add the ends to your script and replace "then" with "do".

while Humanoid.Health >= 10000 do
	        wait(0.5)
	        while Humanoid.Health < Humanoid.MaxHealth do
	        wait(0.1)
	        Humanoid.Health = Humanoid.Health + 0.1
	end
	end
