How do I add multiple groups to show their rank on the leader board?

So say I have one group in the section "Rank" how do I make multiple groups show so like someone Is in another group and their groupID is down and then like another person joins the game and this is still the same section of the leaderboard and then they are in another group and their GroupID is down how do you make that show both of their group ranks?
