How can I make the user press E to interact?

I can I put an E on a part and if I hold E for a certain amount of time or click it, something happens. I want the E GUI thing to popup only when I am near it, like Mad City and Jailbreak. I think it has something to do with Enum.KeyCode but I can't place where it would go? Thanks!
