You need to use NumberRange.new.

game.Workspace.Part.ParticleEmitter.Speed = NumberRange.new(0, 10)

The 0 is Min, and the 10 is Max.

It's kind of like modifying the position of a UI element. If you have a TextLabel, you can't just do this:

TextLabel.Position.X.Scale = 0.5

You have to do this:

TextLabel.Position = UDim2.new(0.5, x, y, z)

Whenever something has a property that has child properties, you can't modify a singular child property without specifying the other ones.
