Basically I want to use ApplyDescription but only so the client can see the change. You can only use ApplyDescription from the server's side, so I was wondering if it's even possible to ApplyDescription only for the client or if there's another way with a similar result to ApplyDescription

What is your use case? There might be better ways of doing what you're doing without the need of ApplyDescription. I just googled and it doesn't seem like ApplyDescription is usable on the client.
