So I'm designing a gui but I can't move textbuttons using my mouse. I've moved all the things inside it to a folder so it's the textbutton by alone, but it's still not moving. The only way I can move it is through properties, but it takes a lot of time. Is this some bug or something?

I think it's normal, but you can move it if you click on the TextButton in the Explorer.

im guessing some of the frame's transparency is 1. If it is set to 0 then like @DesertusX said, click on TextButton in Explorer and move it.
I cannot visualize the structure of your UI elements. My only option is to guess. If you have it in a folder you cannot move it, if you have something like UIListLayout you can't move it.
