how to change a name of a table or insert a table with a name?

hello my fellow developers I am making a shop where when you buy somthing that thing gets inserted into a module script

i know how to do that but i want to rename the tables so the script (AND I) know what is what and where is what

do you do it in

table.insert(table, number, table.create(1, model.Name))

or in a new line?

I am new to this table thing so i dont know all the functions
