How to remove black highlight from script?

Whenever I am writing a script, sometimes there is a black highlight over text and when I try to backspace it deletes the letter that's highlighted and when I try to type it replaces the letter highlighted with the letter I typed. The only way I know how to fix it is to exit studio and open it again, but my computer is slow and doesn't load very well. How do I make the black highlight go away?? It is super annoying!

You pressed the 0 with ins under it. At least thats what happens on my keyboard.

whats "ins"

I think it stand for insert. I literally have a key that says 0 at the top, and ins at the bottom.

I think you pressed a key, and its making that happen. If it is, you probably need to test the keys, to see which one is doing it.

Yes it is the insert key

This is because you've left insert mode by accidentally striking the insert key. This is not an issue with ROBLOX Studio, but a feature provided with keyboard inputs of your PC. To re-enter insert mode, locate the Insert keystroke and press it again.

It is most commonly found above the arrow keys or backspace button.
