I've tried but failed so how would I make a Tesla Dash when you sit in the drivers seat?

So I have tried some code but it never works. I want to make a Tesla Dash type thing where you can go into drive and reverse and do other things but I can't seem to get it right

I want to use the Seat.Occupant thing
