Isnt using the negative sign in front of the CFrame the same as saying CFrame:Inverse() ?
COMMUNITY QUESTION
Isnt saying " Handle.CFrame:Inverse() " the same thing as " -Handle.CFrame " ?

No, while it may seem like that, that is not how inversing a CFrame works. The "inverse" of something is an operation that will undo the other.
Example being 2 + -2 = 0. -2 is the inverse of 2 for addition. -2 + 2 = 0
The "inverse" of a CFrame is the corresponding CFrame that when composed with the other, will result in an identity CFrame (a.k.a - CFrame.new())
cframe * cframe:inverse() will yield CFrame.new().

no, considering the former would throw an error (among other reasons)
