is "SoundObject.PlaybackLoudness" different for all players?

whenever i read SoundObject.PlaybackLoudness from the server, it always returns 0.. this lead me to believe that the property is dependent on the player's character position or Camera CFrame.. but is it? or am I doing something wrong?? here's the line of code i am using to read the value print(sound.PlaybackLoudness) from the server side, which is the same as from the client side

SoundObject.PlaybackLoudness is the amplitude of the sound's playback at the moment its requested. If the sound is in workspace, it will vary according to the distance of the camera from the part the sound is in, as well as the 'loudness' of the sound itself.

If the sound is not in a part, it will just vary according the the 'loudness' of the sound.

For example strong bass means higher Playbackloudness, lower bass means lower Playbackloudness.

Which also explains why it varies very quickly. More on this here.

When PlaybackLoudness is read locally, it will return the actual number, when read from a server script, will always return 0.

Hope I helped, if you have any questions please let me know
