I am working on a club with a friend and used a while loop that fired an event to all clients and it made everyone animation time position to 0. I've seen insanity do better than that. I have been working for 12 hours straight trying to find a good way to do it. Any help on making synchronized dance animations?

Do you mean the players would dance at the same time?
the time positions would be equal
so yes
