ScriptingHelpers is not a request site, and this question is very broad. Please make your question more specific, like what kind of boss you would like to create. Is your boss a humanoid, etc?
I want many bosses but they all have the same powers but each boss is faster.
This is not a request site by the way. What would you like to have in these bosses? I can deal with custom rigs.
