ok so I need a loading screen for my game and I don't know how can I be sure if everything has loaded for the player that is in the workspace. ( Local Script ) test

local all = game:WaitForChild("Workspace")
print("a")

I am not sure if that works I assume not. Also, I need something to check if the model has loaded.

I'm assuming that you would need the same function to do that so it would be useful if you linked me a Roblox Developer Hub post or explain it with an Answer.

( Local Script )

local part = script.Parent.Frame
-- ( wait for the part to load ) -- what function do I use for this
part.Visible = true

There is a game:IsLoaded() function, I've never used it before so I'm leaving this as a comment.

and how do I wait for models to load?

I don't think it's a very good strategy but you could do WaitForChild for every model that you want to load
