Why are players not able to move on xbox platform in my game?

I don't really know if this is a scripting issue, but I am highly confused why xbox controls dont work in my game. Is it because I turned off autoloads, scriptable camera to fixed camera? The controls work perfectly fine on every other platform except xbox. Sorry if this isnt a scripting issue. I just can't seem to find a solution when looking things up.
