Hello!
For the game I am working on, I am allowing fan-made maps to be submitted, which requires a template. The downside is that the template includes some parts with custom "functions" that are able to be stolen. How could I go about preventing this?
A few of the functions are the following: - A pad that increases a player's jump height only when they are on a part. - A script that goes into the localplayer to change how ladders function. - A teleport script. Some free models do the same thing, but the point is that I put effort into the scripts, and them being stolen really would be pretty frustrating to me.

You COULD obfuscate them, but I don't know how well that would work in a server-scripting scenario. I mean you could always remove the things that are 'stealable' and re-add them when the user submits their map. If you don't mind, could you give us a better description of what this template has that can't be stolen?
I edited the main post. The problem with doing what you suggested is that players have to ensure their map is actually completable.
