How would I go about making a directional input dash?

I'm trying to figure out how to create a dash similar to the one in Rogue Lineage, where pressing a key dashes your character in the direction you are moving in. Ex: Holding D then pressing dash keybind will dash your character to the right.

Thanks for the help in advance!
