something like this:

local TweenService = game:GetService("TweenService");
local gui = script.Parent--the GUI;

gui.Rotation = 0;
local properties = {
    Rotation = 360;
};

local tweenInfo = TweenInfo.new(2, Enum.EasingStyle.Linear, Enum.EasingDirection.Out,  0, false, 0 )

base = TweenService:Create(gui , tweenInfo, properties);
base:Play()

make sure the variable, gui, is set to the variable you want to rotate

i've changed the "gui" to Frame as I want the frame to move but nothing is happening when I changed gui to Frame I change every other gui in that code to Frame?

any GuiObject that has a property Rotation should work

Yh also when I did that it said Rotation is not a valid member of ScreenGUI

a ScreenGUI doesn't have Rotation as one of its properties: https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/class/ScreenGui

Mhm even tho Its Local frame its still saying Rotation is not a valid member of ScreenGUI

set the "gui" variable to anything that is not a ScreenGUI, or anything that doesn't have a Rotation property
