I've tried some code but it never works and I want to make a Tesla Dash screen for a car but don't know how to make a gui open when sitting in the drivers seat.

Hmmm... i do not know how like "Seat Detector" thinggies, but in my mind try using onTouch? and Magnitude, its like Popup Gui when you touched a part or something and magnitude if player moves away from the part and the gui will be gone
