Use BillboardGui as @maumaumaumaumaumua had suggested.

This is not true entirely:

BillboardGui can be seen through walls assuming the AlwaysOnTop property is set to true. So if you want to see the text through walls put it in a BillboardGui and set the billboard's AlwaysOnTop property to true.
