Racing game (make all the players teleport to another game when its finished?)

Ok, im modifying the ROBLOX "Racing" template so that when you end a race, it teleports you to another game. but im having difficulty with it.

first of all, where would i put the script? would it be an executable local script or..

i cant use part.touched due to the race using laps.

help
