I am trying to make it so at a certain time in the server, it will stop allowing people to join, but I haven't been able to find any help on trying to do this.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How would I stop players from joining a server at a certain point?
1 answer
Explanation
This is quite simple and easy. You'll need to have admin commands in your game. Once you have them, you can type :slock or !slock. This will lock the server and if someone leaves, they won't be able to join back unless you type :unslock or !unslock.
If you e having troubles to which admin commands to add in your game, I recommend you to adding ``Basic essentials Admin commands.
Solution
game.Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(player)
wait(75) -- Inside the wait, you can set the amount of time before kicking players who join..
player:kick(). -- Kicks the player who joins the game after a certain amount of time..
end)

I think they wanted an actual code way, and a way needing them to not be in the game.

What do you mean, "at a certain time in the server"? Like, make it so in a round based game, if a round is going players can't join?
