I was creating a mount system and tried using weld objects to fix the rootpart of the mounts to the character rootpart. It works but it sometimes does some bumping which teleports the player back to where he was before and it increases with high ping. I use a weld system just like the ones used with hat givers.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How to weld part without lag/bumping?
1 answer
The problem was that the mount had a humanoid of his own, so welding a humanoid to my character caused some problems on movement, even if networkownership was set to my client. I just had to fuse the mount parts with a character model to reanimate and then remove the humanoid when cloning it to my player and it worked.

Do you have any antiexploits installed? If you do, they might be causing the problem.
Also, does the player control the mount?
Is it a Weld/WeldConstraint or just a constraint? If it's just a constraint then you need to set the mount's network owner to the person controlling the character I believe
No antiexploits. The player walks normally, the mount is just welded like a hat. Its a "Weld" Object
