I realize this isn't a request site but I have searched and searched and cannot find anything that helps me figure this out. I am making a horror type game and want to make a sort of "glitch" happen for a short amount of time and I feel this would fit in quite nicely.
Effect I am talking about
Insert a ColorCorrection effect into the game.Lighting:
You can play around with the contrast, saturation and tint color to make this effect. Really high or really negative values give more glitchy effects.
Play around with it till you get the colors/distortion you want.

It also looks like they're playing around with lighting (or the character is really dark on one side. guest / noob outfit? a white skybox since half of your character is visible. as well
