I want to let the mouse pass through a part into a Surface-GUI, Is there some kind of setting I need to change in the part, how would I do this?

Could you specify what you mean? Mouse through a part into a surface-gui... what does that mean? Visual example?
Do you mean like something that maybe you clicks the part instead of SurfaceGui... You can just make the script located to the part inside.
